Due to the huge number of e-mails with inquiries and requests for withdrawal, the developers began to adapt ZenDesk, which will be integrated into the website and should significantly improve the handling of requests. At the moment, some impatient users can send 20 withdrawal request messages, which extends the waiting time even more.

It is also planned to implement a withdrawal form that will contain appropriate fields with the required data, so there is a chance that users will provide all the necessary data and it will be possible to handle individual withdrawals faster. There is a chance that the form will appear within a week.

The Earth2 team asks you not to obstruct their work and not to send out many messages asking for support or payment. There is also a request to provide all the necessary data when submitting a withdrawal request, as many users do not do this and have to be returned to them several times.

The creators also ensure that our funds will definitely go to our accounts if they are not obtained due to abuse or fraud. More and more often I see scammers who write on Facebook or Reddit asking for support in unblocking the account. In their entries, they ensure that they are the most honest in the world and that they themselves do not like cheaters, but very often it is easy to find evidence that they are cheaters.

In one of the previous entries I wrote to an idiot who unknowingly showed himself on the screens that he was a fraud. Recently, another cheat on Reddit pretended to be a saint, but one of the users indicated that it was possible to view this person's entries, and in them there was evidence that he was a cheat :)
