Answers to frequently asked questions about Earth2.io part 3 (FAQ 31-40)

Answers to frequently asked questions about Earth2.io part 3 (FAQ 31-40)

31. Is it possible to buy someone land as a gift?

This topic was already discussed before Christmas. This option has not yet been introduced, but from the comments of the Earth2 developers it can be concluded that it is only a matter of time.

32. Is it better to invest in lots where there are shops, shopping centers or famous monuments?

It is anticipated that areas with more foot traffic may be a better investment as people consider them popular areas. Some places are supposed to reflect real ones, but Earth2 will start as a landscape platform. It is possible for people to build similar things to existing ones, but it's hard to predict.

33. If I have class 1 land, will it change class on subsequent resale?

Land classes do not change. There are a limited number of Grade 1-3 tiles per country. Once they are sold, all that remains is to buy them from other users.

34. What determines the income tax income from real estate?

It is calculated on the basis of the sale of new land in a given country and depends on the class of tiles owned. The greater the sale of land from the primary market, the greater the income from real estate.

35. What determines the price of land?

The price goes up based on trading prices and other algorithms. The base price of new land increases with successive sales and increasing demand. The system price is much more stable than the market price that users create when trading with each other. Over the next few weeks, it is planned to introduce price change charts.

36. How does an auction work?

When you bid on a piece of land, the amount you bid must be frozen and temporarily removed from your credit balance. After your bid has been submitted, the other user will be notified by e-mail. He then has the option to accept, counter or decline the offer. If you cancel your offer early or it is rejected, the money will be returned to your account.

37. Is it better to buy land in one large piece or maybe, for example, 10 plots of 50 tiles?

It is not possible to divide the purchased land at the moment. Smaller properties are much easier to sell and obtain a higher price for them than for one large one. It is not yet confirmed, but larger properties are likely to generate more resources and require less management in the future.

38. If I share my referral code, can other users keep track of the locations I buy?

It is not possible to check your investments against the referral code. The referral code does not link to your profile.

39. Is there a way to raise the ground class?

There is no such possibility at the moment, and these classes are a kind of reward for joining the project early and purchasing land earlier. It is not yet established, but there may be scope for improvement of the terrain in the future.

40. What will bring more income, class 2 in America or class 1 in some other country?

It is still difficult to predict at the moment. The creators believe that interest in other countries will soar as in America.
